  • Boss Energy acquired 23.5m shares at 60c in Laramide, representing 9% of the company. This boosts their interest in the QLD uranium developer to 18.4% (BOE)

  • Capricorn scooped up the Kings Find project of Serena Minerals, which sits contiguous to the north of Mt Gibson. They’ll pay $1.5m (mostly in scrip) and a 1% NSR (CMM)

  • Kazakh gold miner Solidcore Resources is acquiring the 1.1moz Tokhtar gold project, a bolt-on acquisition 180km southwest by rail of its Varvara hub (CORE)

Rattlin’ the Tin

  • Rio Tinto priced its US$9b of fixed and floating rate notes (RIO)

  • MAC Copper simplified its capital structure and completed early repayment of its Sprott mezz. facility. New facilities comprise a US$159m term loan, an upsized US$125m revolver and a A$45m environmental bond (MAC)

  • Coolabah Metals announced that BHM executed a term sheet to replace the existing A$17m cash backed environmental bond with a surety bond (CBH)

  • Global Uranium and Enrichment completed a $10m placement (GUE)
