Introduction
This is the Privacy Policy of Money of Mine Pty Ltd ACN 156 343 501 (Money of Mine or us/we). We understand the importance of your privacy and your concerns about the security of your Personal Information. We are committed to protecting any Personal Information about you that we hold.
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your Personal Information. It also explains how you can access and have it amended, as well as who you can contact should you have an enquiry or complaint.
Definitions
'Personal Information' means information or an opinion (whether or not true, and whether or not recorded in a material form) about an identified individual, or about an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
‘Product(s)’ means the Directors Special newsletter and the Money of Mine podcast.

The types of Personal Information we collect about you will depend on the Products you receive from us or how you interact with us. The Personal Information we may collect about you includes, but is not limited to:

We do not adopt Commonwealth Government identifiers, such as a tax file number or a Medicare number, as a means of identifying individuals.
How do we collect Personal Information?
We will collect Personal Information directly from you or indirectly from third party sources, or as otherwise permitted by law. The Personal Information we collect may be captured from a variety of sources including:
Subscribing to and/or use our Products;
Communicating with us through correspondence, chats, email, or when you share information with us from other social applications, services or websites;
Interacting with our Products, sites, social media, content and advertising;
Voluntary submissions (e.g. responses to surveys, requests for information on our Products or those of our sponsors); and
Public registers (e.g. if we need to check Personal Information independently of you).
While some contacts with us such as general enquiries may be made anonymously or by using a pseudonym, if the relationship is to progress any further (e.g. having a business relationship with us) it will be necessary for us to know who you are to enable us to deliver our Products or engage in a sponsorship arrangement with you. Similarly, we cannot deal with complaints made anonymously or by pseudonym. If you give us information about another person, you should make sure that you are authorised to give us that information. You must also make sure to inform that person of who we are and that we may use and disclose their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Should a third party give us unsolicited Personal Information about you, we will within a reasonable period determine whether or not we could have collected the information directly from you or if it is in a public record and, if not, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify that information unless the law otherwise permits or requires.
Why do we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information?
We may collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Information for the following purposes:
To enable you to access and use our website and/or Products;
To operate, protect, improve and optimise our Products, business and our users’ experience, such as to perform analytics, conduct research and for advertising and marketing;
To send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
To collect payments from you;
To send you information about our Sponsors products or services that may be of interest to you, sent on behalf of, or by our Sponsors;
To administer rewards, surveys, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by us or our Sponsors; and
To comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties.
We do not use or disclose your Personal Information for purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
How do we use your Personal Information?
We may disclose Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to:
Our employees and related bodies corporate;
Our third party suppliers and service providers (for the operation of our websites, our business or in connection with providing our Products to you);
Payment systems operators (e.g. merchants receiving card payments);

Links to other websites
Our website and Products may contain links to other websites for you to access. You should be aware that the privacy policies of the operators of those other sites may not be the same as ours and you should refer to their privacy policies.
Disclosure of Personal Information outside Australia
Your Personal Information may be stored outside Australia, such as by third-party technology suppliers based in the United States.
When you provide your Personal Information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle that information in compliance with Australian privacy law. We will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure that such Personal Information is handled in line with this Privacy Policy.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any Personal Information about you which we hold is:
