  • Lundin Mining announced the sale of its Neves-Covo & Zinkgruvan base metals ops to Boliden for up to US$1.52b, including upfront cash consideration of US$1.37b + contingent payments (Lundin) Expected to close by mid-25’ with proceeds to “strengthen the balance sheet & support Vicuña growth plans”

  • Develop completed documentation for its $100m Trafigura loan facility, with a 5-year offtake agreed, while the plant refurbishment is 50% complete (DVP)

  • Boab Metals has executed a US$30m prepayment, paying SOFR +5%, with Trafigura as well as an offtake agreement (BML)

Rattlin’ the Tin

  • Silver Mines raised $25m for its Bowdens project in NSW (SVL)

  • Savannah Resources received a LoI from German export credit agency Euler Hermes for a potential guarantee of US$270m for its Portuguese project (SAV. L)

  • VRX Silica announced a $5m capital raising (VRX)
